We currently have an open position for a Administrator at our Pioneer Towers located in Sacramento, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

We are in need of an Administrator for Pioneer Towers, located in Sacramento, CA. Full-time, 40 hours a week. Pioneer Towers is a 198-unit senior residential community located in Sacramento, CA (HUD, Tax Credit, and Conventional). If you or someone you know is interested, please email though indeed link.

JOB SUMMARY:

Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills

Previous HUD/property management experience preferred

Establish and maintain linkages with service providers in the community.

Develop & maintain ongoing educational health & wellness programs for residents.

Serves as a liaison to federal, state, and local agencies

Maintain positive relationships with residents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files in compliance with the US Department of Housing & Urban Development, the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, and other regular agencies

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Ability to advocate and problem solve

Must uphold ethical standards and confidentiality

Must work well with seniors, persons with disabilities, staff, and partners

Ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Excellent time management skills

Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Experience with RealPage OneSite a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor%u2019s degree in management or public service preferred

This is a Full-Time position.
