We are seeking compassionate, dedicated CNA's to come and join our team here at Rushville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Take pride in knowing you are giving quality care to your patients and working with a team that has the same goal.
Starting pay:
$16/hr base pay, plus a $2 an hour perfect attendance bonus if you don't call in during the pay period. We also have a $1 an hour shift diff for second and third shift. PLUS we offer a subsidy bonus which is based off your experience. It ranges from $1.50/hr to $6.50/hr. For example, if you have been a CNA for 5 years, you would get an extra $5.50/hr on top of your base pay.
