We currently have an open position for an Assisted Living Director at our Gateway Gardens located in Poway, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

- Assisted Living Director provides day-to-day leadership of the department under the general supervision of the Executive Director. Assesses, plans and implements care to Residents. Monitors compliance with Physicians' orders. Assures compliance with RHF and facility policies and procedures. Responsible for staffing, training, and oversight of the department staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education/Experience required:

- Currently a licensed LVN in the state of California.

- Minimum 5 years experience, including managerial/supervisory experience, in elder care, skilled nursing, or similar.

- Know or become knowledgeable of California Title 22 regulation regarding RCFE.

- Must have and maintain a current California Driver License.

- Present a tactful, professional approach to all Residents, Resident families, Physicians, referral sources, and others.

All employment is contingent upon successful drug and alcohol screening and criminal background check.

This is a Full-Time position.
