Description
The primary purpose of a CNA%u2019s role is to provide each of your residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident%u2019s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Some important duties include but aren%u2019t limited to: charting, thorough documentation, reporting changes in resident condition, reporting all accidents and incidents, providing personal care to residents, positive and optimistic attitude, attend and participate in all scheduled trainings and abide by the safety and policies of the facility.
