Description

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) wanted 6PM-6AM and 6PM-6AM. If you are a dedicated, compassionate nursing assistant who enjoys working with the senior population, we would love for you to come join our team!

Job duties include:

Attend to the individual needs of residents, which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating and/or other needs in keeping with the Individualized Service Plan requirements

Take residents%u2019 vital signs, turn/reposition residents, and lift residents into beds/wheelchairs as needed

Monitor the residents on a daily basis

Ensure completion of any required documentation in the resident%u2019s medical record

Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment for residents

Inform the Director of Nursing, or other appropriate staff regarding changes in resident physical, emotional or behavioral status
