Description

Provides a safe and compassionate environment that focuses on patients' personal hygiene, activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Also, help to transport residents/ patients; answer call lights and requests; and report observations of the resident/patient to nursing supervisor. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
