Description

Capistrano Beach Care Center is a 5 Star Rated 93 bed skilled nursing facility. We are looking for CNAs dedicated to providing each resident with daily nursing care service in accordance to their assessment plan. Our facility enjoys a happy work environment with an atmosphere of team work, cooperation, and family.

Capistrano Beach Care Center has experienced an increase in patients and residents while many other facilities have seen a decline. Come join our team and a great facility!

The shifts we are looking to fill are: FT & PT for All shifts.

CNAs with or without experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements: Maintain a valid CA CNA # in good standing; and commitment to always doing the right thing.

Some of the duties include: proper lifting, moving, turning and positioning of resident; treating all residents fairly with kindness, dignity and respect; being courteous to residents, families and employees. Answering call lights promptly. Making rounds with oncoming personnel. Following infection control policies, along with other facility regulated requirements.
