Description

Responsible for organizing and administering personal care and assistance to residents of facility; be able to tolerate interruptions and working with functionally impaired and the elderly. Must be physically able to perform all duties required of a Certified Nurse Assistant. Employee will work on shift assigned; the facility will endeavor to schedule persons on shift of preference. however the nature of our work demands 7 days a week, 24 hours a day coverage, and the guarantee of preferred shift may not be practical at time of employment or at times during course of employment. Required to attend all mandatory inservices required by State and Federal Regulations. Must be able to work under stressful and in emergent situations. This does not reflect all job duties of this position; additional duties may be assigned as facility needs.
