Description
The C.N.A. provides individualized care to residents under the supervision of the Unit Nurse. Provides resident direct care and general support, promoting independence and achievement of goals. Also serves as an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and understand the English language effectively. Must possess strong communication skills.
