Description
The position is responsible for providing regular, daily care and assistance to assigned patients according to written treatment plans and assessments. Responds to resident requests and reports special care needs, concerns, or problems to appropriate staff. Monitors and documents resident conditions and reports any changes to the appropriate staff.
