Description

Provides routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with care plan of each resident based on established nursing care procedures and at the director of supervisor.

Performs comprehensive resident care duties including but not limited to bathing, taking vital signs, changing linens, properly positioning residents and giving care.

Models a positive and professional image that emulates the organization's mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers. Provides assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results.
