We currently have an open position for a Community Manager at our Bixby Knolls Towers located in Long Beach, California.
JOB DUTIES:
Summary:
The Community Manager (CM) is accountable for the success of the property%u2019s overall performance. This position leads all the day-to-day operations, leasing, market activities, and resident relations needs for the property. The CM will be responsible for creating an environment where staff members are highly engaged and focused on providing the highest level of resident experience and satisfaction, and ensuring that the goals of the property are met daily. The CM will work closely with the Regional Manager by providing regular reporting and updates on the property, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain and build upon the RHF brand, reputation, and specific focus areas. This position is responsible for assuring that the property operates in full compliance with federal and state regulations while Doing the Right Thing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Necessary Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skill and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies, and he/she must have a working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Fair Housing.
- Ability to develop and sustain a strong, active qualified lead base.
- Ability to outreach to achieve and maintain high occupancy through various marketing avenues.
This is a Full-Time position.
