Description
Prepares and cooks food items according to recipe. This may involve preparation and cookng of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Modifies recipes to accommodate special diets according to instructions of physicians and registered dietitians.
In the absence of the Dietary Supervisor, assures smooth functioning of the Dietary Department nd maintenance of sanitary techniques therein. Serv-Safe Certified.is preferred.
