Description

Performs a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents, visitors, and/or staff in the facility:

%uF0D8 Assists Cook as outlined in daily assignment

%uF0D8 Prepares and labels supplements according to facility, federal, and state Food Safety requirements

%uF0D8 Prepares and portions desserts, salads, and other non-entre items into dishes for use during meal service

%uF0D8 Prepares drink carts for use during meal service ensuring adequate supplies and organization of items for efficient service to residents

%uF0D8 Uses safe food handling techniques according to facility, federal, and state regulations

%uF0D8 Stores food according to facility, federal, and state regulations

%uF0D8 Works on meal tray service line in assigned dining room

%uF0D8 Ensures all ancillary items are set-up, available, and ready for prescribed meal service time

%uF0D8 Ensures resident meal ticket preferences and dislikes are followed; communicates to Dietician as needed for suggested modifications

%uF0D8 Buses tables in dining rooms per daily assignment
