Description
We are now seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee a dynamic department of approximately 18 employees. Certified Dietary Manager preferred but not required with previous supervisory experience. If the candidate is not certified, the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd will pay for the candidate to obtain certification. The candidate should be knowledgeable in all aspects of dietary management, food preparation, food safety and sanitation, and dietary needs. The desired candidate must also have the ability to plan work and possess strong management and leadership abilities.
