Description
Prefer candidate with CDM or Food Service Supervisor Certificate
Recent experience as a Dietary Supervisor in a Mental Health facility
Should be familiar with regulations and the survey process
Must have in depth knowledge of all operations of the Dietary department
Must know budgets, ordering, sanitation standards, staffing, assessment, the MDS and documentation
Should be able to train the dietary team on any new policies/procedures
Must be able to oversee and run the dietary department in a proficient manner
Must be able to work in collaboration with the dietary team
Should be able to work in collaboration with the Administrator and facility management team
Must be able to work full time and participate in the weekend Manager on Duty program
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Solid work history
