We currently have an open position for a Director of Nurses at our Auburn Ravine Terrace located in Auburn, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

Job duties include overall nursing leadership of our 59 bed SNF unit. Review of all resident care plans including monthly recaps, pharmacological reviews, IDT participation, hiring, supervision, and review of the licensed care team. QAPI/QA development and monitoring. Admission and discharge review. Nursing contact for responsible parties/stakeholders; Medical Director/physician liaison. Review of policies and procedures for regulatory compliance. Teaching/mentoring/Inservicing of direct caregivers and ancillary departments. Direct patient care as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid California RN license. Prior experience in a supervisorial role, preferably in the capacity of Director of Nurses, Assistant Director of Nurses, or Unit Manager.

This is a Full-Time position.
