We currently have an open position for a Director of Nursing (DON) at our Pioneer House located in Sacramento, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

We are seeking a Director of Nursing with experience for our small skilled nursing unit located in the heart of Sacramento. On-site parking is assigned and free for our staff. We have a wonderful team of nurses and CNAs with supporting managers in place.

DON Job Description:

%u2022 Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the skilled nursing unit.

%u2022 Conducts processes in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations

%u2022 Ensures the highest quality of care is maintained

%u2022 Model a positive and professional image

REQUIREMENTS:

%u2022 Valid California Registered Nurse

%u2022 Prior ADON/DON experience is required

%u2022 Current CPR certification
