Eden Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Sacrament, CA area. Right now, we are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to perform home visits. Our full-time benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, flexible spending, and vacation time.

General Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. The home health RN will develop and implement home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Education and Experience Requirements:

%u2022 Valid RN license in state you are working

%u2022 Valid LPN license in state you are working

%u2022 Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience preferred, but not required. We provide training!

%u2022 Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record

%u2022 Excellent documentation skills

%u2022 Ability to pass a background check

%u2022 Excellent communication skills

%u2022 Basic Computer Skills
