Responsibilities
%u2022 Basic plumbing and electric skills
%u2022 Driver's License (Required)
%u2022 Perform maintenance and repairs
%u2022 Paint and fill gaps
%u2022 Carpentry skills (installation/finish work)
%u2022 Repair equipment or appliances
%u2022 Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
%u2022 Identify and report maintenance issues
