Eden Home Health is looking for caring and compassionate aide staff to provide exceptional care to a complex patient population.
As a Home Health CNA you must be a caring, compassionate and flexible caregiver with excellent communication and time management skills. You must possess independent problem solving abilities, excellent clinical assessment skills and be computer literate. Additional requirements of our Home Health CNA include:
Valid CNA
Minimum 1 year home health CNA experience preferred
Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication skills
