Eden Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Arco, ID. Right now, we are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to perform home visits. Our full-time benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, flexible spending, and vacation time.

General Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. The home health RN will develop and implement home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Valid RN license in state you are working

Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience preferred, but not required. We provide training!

Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record

Excellent documentation skills

Ability to pass a background check

Excellent communication skills

Basic Computer Skills
