We currently have an open position for a HUD/Market Rate Coordinator at our Auburn Ravine Terrace located in Auburn California.

JOB DUTIES:

Auburn Ravine Terrace is a multi-service senior living community providing skilled nursing, assisted living, market rate, and HUD-subsidized senior residence apartments all on one beautifully situated rural campus. As the HUD/Market Rate Coordinator you will be guide perspective clients in the application process to become a resident in our senior living community. You will also regularly interact with current residents who may be transitioning from a market rate to subsidized living arrangement. The position involves outreach, touring, and follow up in all aspects of residency at ART. Records keeping, waiting list management, and survey management of the MOR and REAC aspects of HUD accreditation are vital aspects of your daily duties as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

HUD process experience,

Excellent interpersonal skills both individual and group,

Excellent organizational and records keeping skills,

Familiarity with tools such as One-Site,

Prior apartment management experience a plus,

Flexible schedule availability including weekends & after hours

This is a Full-Time position.
