We currently have an open position for an Infection Preventionist at our Auburn Ravine Terrace located in Auburn CA.


As the Infection Preventionist your duties will include, but not be limited to:

maintaining facility compliance with current infection prevention policies and protocols inclusive of company and regulatory standard; managing mitigation survey, complaint investigation, and annual survey processes as they relate to infection prevention; participate in testing and vaccination of staff and residents; maintain required record keeping and reporting as directed by company and regulatory agencies; inservice and one on one training of all staff members and departments on infection prevention; development of QAPI/QA projects and PIP process, interaction with physicians, RP's, federal/state/local health department officials, serve as facility representative on the IDT and direct patient care as needed.


Requirements include either a current, valid, California LVN or RN license. Completion of an approved Infection Prevention training program (ART will sponsor the successful candidate if training is not completed at the time of application). One year experience as a licensed LVN or RN, or approval by the quality and compliance team of RHF of a candidate's prior experience.

This is a Full-Time position.
