We offer Subacute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Custodial Long Term Placement. We are a 4 STAR facility and were recently acknowledged as one of the top 3 in the State for Quality Assurance by the State of California Department of Health Care Services.

Become part of our team! We are looking for Full Time LVNs all shifts.

In this role and acting as the charge nurse for your assignment, you will apply your knowledge and skills in this fast paced environment in the care of patients and residents, including medication management, executing physician orders, providing nursing support, supervising CNA assignments, communicating results of laboratory and other diagnostic testing to the physician, and ensuring the care and safety of patients.
