Licensed Vocational Nurse - We are seeking an experienced LVN to work days in our 59 bed facility. The LVN is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to ensure patients%u2019 needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
