We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents.

Responsibilities:

%u2022 Provide basic patient care and treatment

%u2022 Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications

%u2022 Observes monitors, communicates, and documents the residents condition according to policy

%u2022 Administers medications and treatments to residents accurately and in accordance with physician orders

%u2022 Receives physician orders and processes these orders per policy; assures that orders are implemented

%u2022 Assume responsibility for the Nursing Standards of Practice

%u2022 Demonstrates ability to organize work load, set priorities and time management

%u2022 Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with

* HIPAA Regulations/Policy

* Vulnerable Adult Policy

* Nursing Safety Practices

* Minimal Lift Policy

* Infection Control Policy

Qualifications:

%u2022 Graduate of accredited school of nursing

%u2022 Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

%u2022 C.P.R. certification

%u2022 Ability to build rapport with residents

%u2022 Compassionate and caring demeanor

%u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
