Description
Providence Anderson is seeking a hard working LPN or RN. The candidate will supervise Certified Nurse Assistants to deliver quality resident care, and within scope of practice within nursing license held, coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellence and compassion for others, and one who provides great care on the floor.
Key Fundamentals:
Knows and respects resident rights.
Follows established safety policies and procedures.
Attends and participates in scheduled in-service training, educational classes and meetings, including safety committee.
Conducts family and resident education.
Assists in completion of care plans and is involved in care conferences as necessary.
Supervises C.N.A.s actions and performance to ensure they are within company policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff.
Must have the ability to read, write, and utilize electronic charting devices.
Education:
Currently licensed as LPN or RN in this state; Name must appear on applicable State Registry in good standing
