Description

We are currently looking new team members for evening 2PM-10PM or 6PM-6AM shift . We are a Family owned and ran Skilled Nursing Facility that has been in business for 43 years. We as a facility take a lot of pride in the care given by our staff and in return try to go above and beyond for our employees.

We have learned to be very flexible with scheduling and making sure we remember that our employees time away form work is just as important. One motto we live by as a facility is happy employees means happy residents and that at the end of the day is the whole reason why were in this industry. We provide personalized, comprehensive support and make living at home easier and more comfortable for each of our clients.

Main Responsibilities.

Duties of a charge nurse, administer medications, interaction with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacy, skilled nursing care for Medicare A residents, recording appropriate nursing notes, proficient with tube feeders, wound vacs, trachs. Team work is essential.

Evaluate the patient%u2019s health, measure vitals, and treat as needed

Manage your team for your shift

Administer medication and injections and CPR if necessary

Print Doctors orders, contact family's to update, fax pharmacy if needed and process in Point Click Care.
