Description
This position is responsible for conducting assigned health assessments, developing service plans, performing health monitoring and personal care programs of the community.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Communicate with residents physician(s), other pertinent healthcare providers and family
Refer residents to appropriate medical care when needed
Other general nursing and assessment duties, as assigned
On-Call with weekend rotation
