Capistrano Beach Care Center is a 5 Star Rated 93 bed skilled nursing facility and has an immediate need for a Full Time LVN and On Call LVNs. Interested applicant should have at least 1 year experience preferably in a SNF environment and demonstrate commitment to always doing the right thing. Our facility enjoys a happy work environment with an atmosphere of team work, cooperation, and family.

The shifts we are looking to fill are Full Time AM shift and On Call positions for the AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

Requirements: Maintain a valid LVN CA License # in good standing; fire card and CPR card;

and communicate effectively with residents, family and staff as well as work collaboratively with others.

Some of the LVN duties include: assuring all nursing care is rendered in accordance with professional standards of federal, state and local authorities, provide wound care, assist RNs with daily rounding or other duties as assigned, coach CNAs as needed, assist with case management, complete charting and paperwork timely and accurately, and uphold all facility policies and procedures.
