We currently have an open position for an LVN Charge Nurse: New Grads Welcome to Apply at our Gold Country Health Center located in Placerville, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

Gold Country Retirement and Health has a F/T charge nurse position available for an LVN who enjoys working with seniors in a short-term rehab environment.

Small 68 bed Not for Profit rehab SNF with great survey history. Position is a support to the operations on the skilled unit and serves as a liaison with physicians, therapists, families, and our customers to ensure the care of our residents is complete. High-paced rehabilitation unit with supportive management, long-term team members, set in a senior campus. Will consider new grads with previous leadership experiences.
