Extended Care Hospital of Westminster is looking for a talented LVN to join our team!
We are looking for someone who possess a great personality and is able to work independently while being a strong team player. Someone who would be responsible for all direct patient care performed on unit during the shift of duty assigned. Someone who provides direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care. He/She needs to implement facility policies and procedures and coordinate nursing activities with those services rendered by other members of the health team. They will need to be able to supervise, direct, schedule, delegate appropriately and work as a team with Nurse Assistants and Restorative Assistants.
