Description
Position is responsible for ensuring that all patients within assigned area receive regular, daily care and treatment according to written treatment plans and patient assessments. Monitor%u2019s resident%u2019s condition and coordinates all care activities; providing direct care and treatment; administering medications and tests as required. Confers with the nursing team on required actions and changes in condition collaborating with all members of the Treatment Team to develop, continually update and document treatment and rehabilitation plans.
