Description

Rose Garden Residential Care is a 63 bed facility that specializes in Memory Care. We're known for Quality Care and exemplary Customer Service. We're seeking team members who share our vision and who can become an asset to our beautiful community.

The LVN is responsible for monitoring the health and well being of the Residents and provides leadership support and assistance with resident care and services. You will be responsible for overseeing staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

*Graduate of approved Collage/School of Nursing- Lic

*Minimum of one (3) years experience in Home Health, Assisted Living, Hospital or Long Term

*Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory Role

Technical Skills

*Computer Skills

*Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint

*Copier

*Fax Machine

*Other office products

Other Qualifications

*Maintains a current state license as a professional LVN

*Completed all training required by the state or other authorities

Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to health and wellness resident care

*Ability to handle multiple priorities

*Able to communicate in English

*Demonstrated knowledge of good assessment skills

*Possess effective written and verbal communication skills and guide team members

*CPR Certified and First Aid Certified

*Must be caring, concerned, compassionate for the geriatric and sub acute residents and their families.

*Demonstrates initiative and utilizes time efficiently

* Demonstrates good judgement and problem solving and decision making skills

*Report to work in appropriate professional attire

*Punctual and reliable
