We currently have an open position for a Maintenance Assistant Trainee at our Pioneer House located in Sacramento, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

We are a senior living community located in the heart of Sacramento. Parking is available onsite and is free for staff.

We are seeking a Maintenance Trainee to work Friday through Tuesday some days will be day shift some days will be PM shift.

Maintenance Assistant Trainee Job Description:

%u2022 Provide maintenance services to our residents

%u2022 Painting, landscaping, plumbing, completing room turns

%u2022 Ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and integrity

%u2022 Model a positive and professional image

%u2022 Team player

REQUIREMENTS:

%u2022 High school diploma or equivalent

%u2022 Landscaping experience a plus

%u2022 Read, write, speak English

This is a Full-Time position.
