We currently have an open position for Maintenance at our Pinehurst location in Palestine Texas.

JOB DUTIES:

There is an immediate opening for a Maintenance position at Pinehurst Apartments. This is an affordable, older adult (62 ) 50 unit community located in Palestine, Texas. If you or someone you know is interested, please fax your resume to 903-723-5167. Please include your email address.

This is a full-time position, plus benefits. Salary depends on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

The qualifications preferred are as follows:

Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the facility in accordance with Retirement Housing Foundations%u2019 policies and procedures. Must be able to perform a variety of repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing some electrical as well snow removal and landscaping.

This is a Full-Time position.
