Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all repairs as needed in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, grounds, and equipment as well as implementing and adhering to safety protocol required to keep our facility in compliance with Federal and State guidelines.
The Maintenance Supervisor will also oversee the housekeeping department to ensure that all resident rooms, offices and common areas of the facility are cleaned and sanitized daily. Will also oversee the Maintenance Assistant to assist in above mentioned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check
