Elmbrook Management Company and Langston University (LU) School of Nursing in Ardmore, Oklahoma are teaming up in an exciting partnership in support of nursing education in the Ardmore community. Needed are out-standing nurse educators willing to embrace the goals of client care, student success, and community empowerment. The following positions are available in support of this effort.

CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR/ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR

Elmbrook Management Company and Langston University are seeking individuals to serve as adjunct instructors at Langston University-Ardmore and as clinical nurse educators for Elmbrook Management.

As a clinical nurse educator at Elmbrook Management you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities related to clinical areas for an assigned service line or population.

- Collaborate with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and utilize methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals.

- Serve as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.

As an adjunct instructor at Langston University, you will be responsible for teaching a diverse student body in a nursing course or/and overseeing students in the clinical setting. Applicants must have a Masters in Nursing.
