Description

Oroville Hospital Post-Acute Center (OHPAC) is a 126-Bed post-acute center located in beautiful Northern California. We are a 4 star skilled nursing facility located in Oroville, California specializing in post-acute rehabilitation. A member of the Oroville Hospital System, OHPAC has a solid clinical team that is an integral part of our short term and long term residents%u2019 interdisciplinary process. OHPAC staffs nurse practitioners and/or a physician assistant at the center seven days a week. In addition to our nursing staff, OHPAC has Clinical Care Managers and Nurse Liaisons to ensure that the residents are receiving the care they need. The center has a very active rehabilitation program. At OHPAC we combine the person touch of our compassionate therapist with our new modern, open gym spaces and the state of the art equipment.

OHPAC does provide medically complex services like Intravenous Therapy, Extensive Wound Care, and Tracheotomy Care. The center runs a very high mix of Medicare, Managed Care, Managed Medi-Cal, and Private Insurances.

We are looking for an individual that have very strong clinical skills to manage the rehabilitation needs of our residents. The center does approximately 75 to 85 admissions and discharges per month.

Qualifications OHPAC Is Looking For:

%u2022 Education: Appropriate credentialing that match their discipline.

%u2022 Licensure in the state of California.

%u2022 Current First Aid/CPR Certification,

%u2022 Proficient in the use of Rehab Optima and Point Click Care is a plus,

%u2022 Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

%u2022 Must have ability to complete multiple projects.

%u2022 Capable of working with minimal supervision.

%u2022 Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding resident health records and company proprietary information.

%u2022 Must have the ability to relate professionally, positively, and work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff members.
