Description
Oasis Pavilion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for (TWO) Physical Therapists for our Sub Acute Skilled Nursing Facility and Outpatient Rehabilitation Department. Oasis Pavilion is a 134 bed skilled nursing facility.
Candidate must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy. Must possess a current Physical Therapy license in the State of Arizona, a current BLS certification, TB Screening and a level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
