%u2022Evaluate patients and develops appropriate plan of treatment for diagnosis.

%u2022Under a physicians order, provides evaluation and direct patient treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.

%u2022Documents treatment according to company's clinical documentation system to reflect skilled intervention.

%u2022Communicates effectively with patients, families, caregivers, team members and supervisor.

%u2022Completes assigned evaluations, treatments and screens timely as per company policy.

Requirements:

%u2022Bachelor of Science, Master of Science Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and professional CT State licensure.

%u2022Demonstrate ability to utilize independent and effective clinical judgement, problem-solving and decision making skills.

%u2022Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Organizational and analytical skills required.
