SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- Provides direct supervision to Managers with respect to on-site operations at 14 Qproject Boards of Directors and maintains productive relationships with Governmental entities.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis and property maintenance knowledge.
- Experience with complex Human Resource issues a plus.
- Knowledge of State Landlord/Tenant law as well as Federal and State Fair Housing requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years (multi-family residential) experience, preferably dealing with HUD, project based Section 8 and 202 programs. Marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong written & verbal communications skills. Ability to interact with numerous project Boards of Directors and maintain productive relationships with Governmental entities.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and property maintenance knowledge.
- Experience with complex Human Resource issues a plus.
- Knowledge of State Landlord/Tenant law as well as Federal and State Fair Housing requirements.
- College degree, CPM designation, and valid Real Estate license preferred.
