Description
We are seeking experienced full-time Nurses (RN or LVN) to join our team full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities:
The Nurse will ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal state and local guidelines. Observes, evaluates and gathers data, confers with and is directed by the Director of Nursing to meet the emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the patients.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid permanent/temporary (including interim permit) California Nurse License.
Minimum 1-year experience as an RN or LVN in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or inpatient behavioral health setting.
Proficient in using electronic medical charting software (knowledge of our system American Health Tech (AHT) is a plus)
