Description

We are seeking Resident Care Assistants (RCA) with strong customer service skills for full-time/part-time positions among all three shifts. Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to: respond to resident call lights, serve meals and collect meal trays, monitor residents, assist with resident engagement activities, assist with resident feeding and taking resident menu orders, delivery of linens and supplies, assist with resident errands, bed making, resident transport, resident personal care and ADLs as permissible as an RCA. Specific Requirements: * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. * Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients/residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. * Must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. * Must be willing to work harmoniously with professionals and non-professional personnel. * Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult patients/residents.
