Now Offering Virtual Interviews! We provide medical masks and PPE to all employees to help protect our residents, staff, and their families. Warren Nursing and Rehab wants you to join our team of professionals at our Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Warren, Ohio.

COMPETITVE COMPENSATION

FULL TIME/PART TIME: Night shifts

Education and Experience:

- Current Ohio LPN / RN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing

- IV Certification preferred

- Must have a strong clinical background

- Healthcare experience preferred

- Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred:
