Description
You would be responsible for directing and coordinating all Nursing units. This position requires administrative ability, knowledge of training techniques, ability to adapt techniques and procedures in accordance with unusual situations, and the exercise of initiative and good judgment. You will verify daily staffing, collaborate with all Charge Nurses daily to exchange all pertinent information on patients. Florida RN license is required, as well as long term care supervisory experience.
