Description
The position is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and documentation of all patient care, treatment, and assistance on an assigned Shift. Continually evaluates the resident condition, treatment, and progress documenting changes, ordering tests, and modifying treatment as required. Directs and coordinates nursing staff activities to ensure care and service to residents.
