Description

No experience necessary. Applicant must have an understanding of all nursing functions that will provide a comfortable and safe environment for all clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Career Opportunities

Ensuring personal care and appearance of clients

Feeding

Implement daily program activities as directed

Have knowledge of and implement the Individual Service Plan for each client

Communicate all health related issues promptly to Charge Nurse

Complete all documentation as required

Accompany clients to and from medical appointments if needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for employment:

Current California CNA/LVN/RN License

Current CPR Certification

Current Physical & TB skin test

Criminal Clearance via live scan to be able to work in an ICF-DD, H or N home (can be done upon employment for LVN/RN)

Basic reading, writing and communication skills

Knowledgeable/compliant with HIPAA laws and client's rights

Ability to work some weekends and/or holidays
