Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated compassionate professional staff for our 134-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Casa Grande, AZ. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN's & LPN's
Makes rounds to evaluate status of residents and determine resource needs.
Meets with members of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate residents%u2019 care.
Documents nursing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicates staffing problems and needs to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Develops work assignment s for nursing assistants and other subordinate staff.
Reports problems and complaints to the Nursing Manager.
Provides feedback to nurse managers regarding performance of nursing assistants.
Receives and provides end of shift report.
Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
REQUIREMENTS:
CPR
Current TB test
Fingerprint Card
AZ State Nursing License
Good communication skills
Basic computer experience
Ability to organize and prioritize with good interpersonal skills
Previous long-term care experience a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right entry-level applicants.
NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL AT $2.00 EXTRA
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full-time employees start accruing Paid Time Off on the date of hire, Holiday Pay after a 90 day probation period, and are eligible for Healthcare Benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
